Thank you for supporting a small Quebec business that still believes in well-made products - pieces designed to last, classic and durable. The majority of Jésabelle B.'s collaborators are women paid fairly because a beautiful product is built on solid foundations.

Shipping Free shipping to Canada and the United States for all orders of $250 or more. Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Jésabelle B. products are currently exempt from US tariffs. As this situation may change, Jésabelle B. cannot guarantee this exemption permanently.

Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on current regulations — these fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Jésabelle B. cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit, nor for address errors provided during the order. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of their contact information before confirming their purchase.

Returns and refunds Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in exceptional cases within 3 days of receipt. In this case, shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Each product description is written with the utmost care to accurately reflect the characteristics, dimensions, and materials used. Careful reading of these descriptions is encouraged before any purchase.

Custom orders Custom orders are not refundable once production has begun. Any modification request must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
