Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in exceptional cases within 3 days following receipt. In such cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Each product description is written with great care to accurately reflect the characteristics, dimensions, and materials used. Careful reading of these descriptions is encouraged before any purchase.
