Buffalo plaid knitting project bag — knit hands-free, wherever you go.
Slip your ball of yarn inside and it feeds through as you work. Perfect for small spaces: the car, a waiting room, public transit. The bag is worn on your wrist while you knit.
Fold the handle over the bag and it becomes an open basket — easy to see your project at a glance.
Each bag is sturdy and built to last a lifetime. The interior is natural beige cotton. A discreet brown suede tag adorns the side.
Available in three sizes, with or without a genuine leather bottom:
- Small — buffalo plaid fabric, fabric bottom. Perfect for a small project, a single skein, or an accessory. Approx. 12" tall × 7.5" wide.
- Medium / Fabric — ideal for one to two skeins or a large hank. Think a pair of socks, a small shawl, or the start of a sweater. Approx. 16" tall × 11" wide.
- Medium / Leather bottom — same size, with a 100% genuine leather bottom for a luxurious touch and added durability.
- Large / Leather bottom — for bigger projects, multiple skeins, or bulky knitting. Approx. 16.5" tall × 11.5" wide.
Leather is available in brown or black. Each piece is unique — pattern placement may vary slightly from bag to bag.
This bag was inspired by a precious gift: the knitting pouch my grandmother gave me, made by her mother around 1890. So practical, so beautiful — I created sturdier versions so they can last just as long.
